Direct AI is a subscription-based service offering AI tools for YouTube content creation. We clearly showcase features with video demonstrations and descriptions to help you make an informed choice. This policy explains when and how refunds are provided.

2. 7-Day, No-Questions-Asked Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee on your first purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied within 7 days of your initial charge, we will refund you in full.

No explanation is required to qualify. We may ask optional questions to improve the product, but your refund does not depend on your answers.

Applies to the first-time purchase of a plan per customer/account.
Requests must be made within 7 calendar days of the charge.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

3. Renewals & Charges After Cancellation

Automatic renewals: Subscriptions renew unless canceled. To avoid future charges, cancel before your next billing date from within your account settings.
Charged after canceling on time? If you were charged after canceling prior to renewal, you are eligible for a refund of that renewal.
Renewal periods: Renewals are generally not covered by the 7-day guarantee, except when you canceled on time but were charged in error.

4. What’s Not Covered

Requests made more than 7 days after the initial charge.
Renewals where the subscription remained active and was not canceled.
Purchases made through third-party marketplaces (follow their policies).
Accounts involved in fraud, chargeback abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service.

5. How to Request a Refund

Your account email used for Direct AI
Your payment receipt or the last four digits of your card
(Optional) Any details you want to share to help us improve

Once approved, we initiate the refund right away. Your bank or payment provider may take 5–10 business days to post the credit.

6. Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account’s billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund completed charges unless covered by this policy.

7. Legal Rights

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction. The service is provided by Creativverse Studio Ltd.
