Data Deletion Instructions

You can delete your Direct AI data, including any information connected from your Facebook and Instagram accounts, at any time. There are two ways to do this.

1. Disconnect connected social accounts

If you connected a Facebook Page or Instagram account to enable auto-posting, you can remove that connection yourself:

  • Sign in to Direct AI and open the Social page.
  • Find the connected account and click Disconnect (the trash icon).

Disconnecting immediately revokes and deletes the access tokens we stored for that Facebook Page and Instagram account. After that, Direct AI can no longer access or post to your accounts.

2. Request full account and data deletion

To delete your entire Direct AI account and all associated data, email us and we will process the request within 30 days:

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” from the email address associated with your account. Please include your account email so we can verify the request.

What gets deleted

  • Your account profile and login information.
  • Videos and content you generated.
  • Any connected Facebook / Instagram data, including stored Page access tokens, linked Instagram Business account identifiers, and the records of scheduled or published posts.

Some records may be retained for a limited period where required by law (for example, billing records), after which they are permanently deleted.
